I was so pleased that my car was taken into the shop at the time of my appointment. Some shops have made me wait a half hour, and hour and sometimes longer past the appointment time. I was also pleasantly surprised that the work took even less time than I expected, also. The owner is so knowledgeable and helpful and so is the office staff. - Anonymous
